You can change the background colour in your windows preferences, but you can't change the background colour of a web page, such as the "Google" page illustrated.

Crossbow monitor overlays are so simple - they just stick to your screen by static electricity. The three colours can be combined to create purple, orange, green etc. Easy to cut down to fit your screen size - just use a pair of scissors. For screens up to 19" in five colours, and 22" in three colours.
