 PLEASE READ EVERYTHING IN THIS BOX TO MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR FILES.

1) TO DOWNLOAD:     Just click "add to basket" in the usual way, and pay by card. Sorry, we cannot invoice for download products. The purchase automatically initiates the download which will be delivered either by a zipped file or a  link on your order confirmation email which will remain active for 48 hours. If you have any problems accessing your downloadable products please do not hesitate to contact us.
2) PLEASE MAKE YOUR DOWNLOAD PURCHASES SEPARATE FROM OTHER PRODUCTS    Occasionally there have been problems when everything has been on one transaction and the downloads have not been delivered.
3) DON'T PURCHASE MORE THAN 4 DOWNLOADS AT A TIME    At the moment our server has a limited capacity for delivering downloads. We will be moving this area to a new site eventually, but until then please don't purchase more than 4 downloads in one transaction. I know filling in your card details over again is a bit of a pain, but it's better than having to email us to say your files haven't arrived.
4) PLEASE CHECK YOU'VE FILLED IN YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS CORRECTLY.  If you haven't, you won't get your files.
