What does the research say about your products?

What does "BDA Assured" on your labels mean?
BDA Assured was a programme run by the BDA from 2019-2021 which gave the "BDA Assured" badge to resources that were recognised by the BDA as being helpful to people with dyslexia. During that time, Crossbow Reading Rulers and coloured overlays were part of the scheme. This programme has now been discontinued, and will be replaced early in 2022 by a new page of useful resources.

When can I expect my products to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders the day after we receive them. Orders are often processed the same day. When demand is particularly high it may be 48 hours before they are sent out, but this is the exception rather than the rule.


Is my delivery tracked?
All parcels are tracked. Small items, like single packs of reading rulers, are sent out by Royal Mail large letter.

What about returns?
We have a no-quibble returns policy. If your goods are not what you wanted just send them back as long as they are unused, and we will refund you.

Can I speak to anyone on the phone?
Yes. We are an established UK company operating out of premises in Stafford which you can find on Google maps, and we have a dedicated customer services team on hand to answer your queries.

What about my privacy?
We are committed to maintaining your privacy. The information you provide us with will never be passed to any third parties, except for delivery purposes or where required by law. We may occasionally send information that may be of interest to you by email or post. If you would prefer us not to do this, please contact us.
